I currently take 10mg of ambien to help me get a full night sleep. I have major side effects, short term memory loss, lack of sleep, night sweats, nightmares, dry mouth, Sensation of Spinning, Confused, Depression, Hallucination and eating disorder. I called immediately, and made an appointment to see my doctor. Please make sure you understand signs of serious side effects for this medications.
